A source has an owner, a permission mode and an explicit access list. A source-scoped page is visible only when the reader can read every source it cites.
Local sharing controls affect this workspace only. Source status and permission mode are legacy metadata, not provider connection checks or inherited provider permissions. Refresh sources explicitly after an unconfirmed action.

Review queue
Pages needing review or with a stale review binding. A decision binds the exact title, structured data, aliases, links and citations. Changing any of them makes the review stale; it does not silently re-approve.

Role checks are enforced by the server. Owner and admin changes require an owner.
